Liverpool radiators offer a blend of aesthetic appeal and heating functionality, featuring diverse styles, high-quality materials, and often enhanced heat output or energy efficiency. They are available in various shapes, sizes, and finishes, allowing for personalized home décor. Some even offer unique features like multi-functionality or smart controls.
Radiators have been a staple in domestic heating systems, particularly in the UK's often unpredictable climate. In cities like Liverpool, where the climate is generally cool and damp, radiators play a crucial role in maintaining comfortable living environments. Whether considering traditional or contemporary cast-iron designs, the benefits and features of radiators remain fundamentally important.
Designer radiators come in a wide variety of styles, including vertical, horizontal, and flat panel designs, and are available in numerous colors and finishes. They can be chosen to match various home décor styles or to create a unique focal point.
Many designer radiators are constructed using durable materials like steel and aluminum, known for their high performance in home heating. Aluminium, in particular, can be more energy-efficient, allowing for faster and more affordable heating.
Designer radiators are designed to heat homes efficiently, with some even boasting higher heat output than traditional radiators. They can contribute to energy savings and provide consistent warmth.
Designer radiators are available in various sizes, including slimline and compact options, to fit different room spaces and needs, including bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchens.
Investing in designer radiators can enhance a home's aesthetic appeal and potentially increase its value.
Some designer radiators offer additional features like mirrors, chalkboard surfaces, or smart controls for temperature adjustment and energy management.
Some designer radiators are designed to serve multiple purposes, such as a radiator that also functions as a towel rack or a piece of wall art.
Electric designer radiators may feature smart controls that allow for remote temperature adjustments and energy consumption monitoring via smartphone or tablet.
Further energy bills savings and reduced CO2 emissions can be made by having a magnetic system filter fitted. These devices also prolong the life expectancy of your boiler and reduce the risk of boiler parts failing in the future due to system sludge/contamination. (Pic of filter)
It’s also important to make sure your programmer is setup correctly, it's recommended you set your heating to come on 15 to 30 minutes before you need it and after 30 minutes before you go to bed. (As the heat is retained in the radiators).
If you’re going away in the winter most of our new programmers now have an option of setting it so that if the temperature drops below 5 degrees it will automatically turn on, this will prevent your pipes from freezing and possibly causing £100/£1000´s of pounds worth of damage.
Another thing to consider is having your boiler serviced including a gas safety check. Not only does this give you peace of mind that your boiler is running efficiently (and not producing carbon monoxide) but also allows us to catch any early symptoms of any parts failure saving you money on your bills and repair costs.
